Fancy witch's boots

Today I want to show you some altered bottles that sell very well for me, adorned with coffee stained muslin, old earrings...

these are wine bottles that I filled with some potpourri fragranced with orange and cranberry oil

Some sheet music and the graphics from The Graphics Fairy

More graphics inside and some wheat sprigs.  They have been good sellers, so probably I will be making more pretty soon.

Now on to my witchy side.... I love those fabric witch boots that you see all over in magazines and stores in the fall and Halloween season

I had to make my own, these are the first ever made by me (insert proud face right here) I made two.

I didn't want them too plain so.... here comes lace, what witch doesn't like lace....

....or crystals....

...fabric rosettes and jewelry?

I decided to call them fancy witch's boots

Are you working on any projects for Halloween yet?

  14. Halloween is not a big issue in Holland, but the commerce brings more and more Halloween items to Europe.

And yes you're right, my grey chair corner needs some white pumpkins :-)
We have a lot of pumkins in our country,it's a very popular autumn decoration.

  16. Your bottles are great! No wonder they sell for you. And I love those boots:) I don't know what zone the cabbages are for. I live in Zone 5 and I know that they will not winter over for me. They are just annuals here. I buy them every year because they are so pretty. Especially the ruffly ones:)
